I think I'll start this thing by apologizing for my inactivity once again. I feel awful about it, especially since I just adopted two new characters and have tried to paint them.

But I have a horrible art block. No matter what, I can't get anything down on paper or in GIMP. Zilch. Nada. I have 3 or 4 WIPs sitting on my hard drive that I just can't find the will or inspiration to finish.

So I have an idea. I was perusing TLKFAA and saw someone had done something called a "redraw" trade. Basically the two artists doing the trade would look through each others galleries and pick a piece they liked, then redraw that piece in their style for the trade.

It sounded interesting to me. Not only do you get to see that other person's style in your work, but then you could see details that they noticed in your work that you probably didn't pick on the first time around.

I'd probably be willing to give this a try sometime.

Also, you may have noticed on the front page that I've added a "no requests" button. This is largely due to the fact that my working schedule is being even more wonky, but also because I've been trying to push for commissions for a while now. Sorry about that.
